Your Art Shop since 1949

An art shop that still lives on the passion for art and the purest ideal of the artist, with rare experience of the art world and offering a simply unique assortment.

Pellegrini Brera, bespoke art

Not everyone is or will be an artist, but a great artist can be hidden between the fingers, in the gaze or mind of anyone. But how to stand out? Technique and style are fundamental to express uniqueness, but they are not enough without the right tools.  The choice of material to shape your art is as important as the idea itself, to create something pure.

“We aim to have the most complete assortment of materials as possible, and if we are asked for a product that we don’t have, we can provide information on where to find it.”

EXPERIENCE, EXPERTISE AND THE BEST ACCESSORIES FOR ART

The art of being a shop

By artists

“The praise received from our customers from all over the world tells us that we are doing things well and encourages us to continuously improve.”

Pellegrini Brera is the place where artists can find everything they need.  The expertise, courtesy and knowledge of our staff ensure that, when you enter the store, you feel like you are in a traditional art workshop where you can compare, share, learn and find everything you need for your art.

I have been a patron of this shop for 30 years: it is the only real art workshop in Milan.

A reliable and professional expert who helps me choose the best products available on the market to express my creativity.

Marco S. Student at the Academy of Fine Arts

Even when they don’t have what I am looking for, Pellegrini tells me where I can find it. Better than Google!

Massimiliano M. Artist

They say that you never forget your first easel.  I bought my first Mabef from Mr. Pellegrini in person, back in 1992, and since then Pellegrini has been the fine art paint shop I can trust.

– Claire L. Painter

Entering Pellegrini in Brera is like visiting a museum.  Even when I don’t need to buy anything, I always find an excuse to pass by and browse.

Giorgio B. Student at IED

It’s one of the few places in Milan where they remember my name and serve me with a smile. Thanks.

A HISTORIC SHOP IN THE CENTRE OF THE MILANESE ART SCENE

In the heart of Brera

There is a stretch of Via Brera that is the real nerve centre of the district.  Within a few metres you will find the Pinacoteca di Brera, the Jamaica bar and a historic Milanese fine art shop.  It is precisely in this strip of land that the history of Milanese art has evolved, with all its intellectual, creative and romantic fervour.
